Dashboard

The Dashboard is your hub for accessing projects, tools, templates, billing, and account settings. Here's a guide to help you find what you need.


Home Page

You'll find your primary navigation across the top of the dashboard with sections like:

You can use the buttons at the top middle part of the dashboard to quickly access tools and recent projects.

  • Home button: It brings you back to the home page.

  • Create: Hovering over this button shows you options to start a new project, use the AI features to generate content, and allows you access to other tools such as Converter and Compressor.

  • Edit: Shows you the most recently edited projects for quick access. If you click on the Edit button itself, it takes you into the most recently edited project's editor.

  • Record: Takes you to our recorder.


Workspace Menu

Clicking on the Workspace's name at the top-left will up a window that will get you access to its settings:

  • Workspace switcher:
    Click to switch between multiple workspaces or teams at the bottom of the window.

  • Workspace Settings:
    Here you can change the picture and the name of the workspace, and upgrade to a subscription.

  • Plan Limits:
    You can see the limits and how much you have used of the: Subtitles, Translation, Text to Speech, Dubbing, Avatars, and Clips features.

  • Analytics:
    Analytics show you different information about your workspace, such as visits and different device types.

  • Collaborators:
    Here you can see, invite, and remove collaborators from your account.

  • Privacy and Security:
    This page allows you to restrict who can access to your projects, and other settings related to your workspace.

  • Workspace Billing:
    Access your subscription plan, invoices, and payment settings.


Spaces(Enterprise)

Spaces allow you to create spaces for specific teams or team members within your workspace. They are available on the left side of the dashboard.

  • You can add more Spaces with the + button above the existing spaces.

  • When creating a space, you will have to name the space and set the privacy.

  • Privacy settings for spaces can be Invite Only and Visible to everyone which will be accessible by every collaborator added to the workspace.

  • To access the privacy setting, change the name, delete a space, or invite a member to an Invite Only space, click on the name on the Spaces list, and click on the buttons on the right side of the name in the middle of the screen.


Project Library

Under the Main Navigation, you will see the recent project. Click on the Spaces to access all projects or other Spaces' projects.

  • Projects appear as cards with preview thumbnails.

  • Hover over each card and will see the “•••” menu for actions like:

    • Edit - edit your project

    • Rename -rename the project

    • Duplicate - duplicate the project

    • Move - move to another folder or space

    • Save as a template - save the project as a template

    • Share - share the project on social media or through other media

    • Resize for Social - Allows you to quickly resize the project to different Social Media platforms

    • Download - save the final video file

    • Analytics - Access the project analytics

    • Move to Trash - move the project to Trash


Account Settings

In the top-right corner, you have access to:

  • Invite: Allows you to quickly invite a collaborator.

  • Earn $50: Access our Referral program.

  • Search: Allows you to search for projects.

  • Help: Gives you access to

  • Account Settings(profile icon): You can access

    • Workspace: Takes you back to your workspace page.

    • Support: Opens the Support page.

    • Language: Allows you to select between different languages for your account.

    • Account Settings: Update email address, Name, Offers and Product news settings, Data processor setting, and Delete account.

    • Log out: Sign out of your account.


Trash

You will find the Trash in the bottom left side of the dashboard.

  • Deleted projects(Move to Trash) will be stored in this folder for 30 days.

  • After 30 days, the project will be permanently deleted without the option to later restore it.
