Deleting your account will permanently remove all subscriptions, projects, and associated payment methods. It's essential to consider the implications carefully before proceeding.
Steps to delete your account
Log into the account you wish to delete.
Click on your account's profile picture at the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select Account Settings.
In the window that appears, select Delete my account.
Confirm the account deletion.
Important information for account deletion
Please note the following:
Your account and all data, workspaces, and projects will be permanently deleted.
We won't be able to restore any data or project once the account is deleted.
All embedded videos will stop working on the site where they are embedded, as the original projects will be deleted.
Deleting the account with an active subscription.
You cannot delete the account while you have an active subscription with that account. However, if you have an active subscription(even if it is set to cancel) and you want to delete your account, please get in touch with our support team, and we will help you with it. Veed complies with GDPR regulations to ensure your personal data and files are permanently deleted as requested. If you have concerns, please contact our support team for guidance. If you only wish to stop auto-renewal of your subscription, you can do so without deleting the account entirely by managing your subscription settings.
