This guide shows you how you can cancel your subscription. If you're on an Enterprise plan (procured through the VEED Sales Team), please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to discuss any changes to your subscription.
How to cancel your subscription
1. Log in to your account
Go to veed.io and log into the account with the subscription.
2. Open your billing settings
Click on your workspace name in the top-left corner of your screen.
From the dropdown menu, select Workspace Billing.
3. Turn off auto-renewal
4. Complete the cancellation questionnaire
During the cancellation process, you will be asked to answer a few short questions. You must complete this step in order to finalize the cancellation.
5. Check your email for confirmation
Once you've completed the process, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
If you do not receive this email, your cancellation may not have gone through. Please contact our support team via live chat to confirm.
Understanding VEED's Auto-Renewal Policy
VEED subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. This means that unless you cancel your plan, the subscription is extended automatically, and the associated renewal fee is charged to your account.
Cancellation Timeline and Actions
Canceling your VEED subscription to prevent auto-renewal must be completed at least two business days prior to the renewal date.
This ensures that you won't be charged for the following billing cycle.
Additional Tips to Avoid Recurring Charges
In addition to canceling auto-renewal, consider updating your Privacy & Security settings to prevent unauthorised access or accidental charges:
Remove any collaborators from your workspace that you no longer wish to pay for
If you have the setting "Anyone with a [your domain] email can join" enabled, turn it off to avoid unauthorised users joining your workspace. This option can also be found under Privacy & Security in your settings
Important information
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
If you cancel or the support team cancels your subscription, and you later subscribe again, the new subscription will also automatically renew.
Canceling your subscription does not result in a refund; it ensures that no further charges will be made under your upgraded workspace.
You must complete the cancellation questionnaire to finalize the process.
