How do VEED subscriptions work across mobile and web platforms, and how can I access features on both?

What apps does VEED offer?

VEED is available in your browser and through three apps.

The main VEED product is the full editor with all our AI tools. It's the same product, the same account, and the same projects wherever you use it:

  • veed.io in your browser

  • VEED: AI Video Creation on iOS

  • VEED: AI Video Creation on Android

VEED Lite is a different app. It's a standalone iOS app for quick edits on your phone, with its own subscription and its own projects — it isn't the mobile version of VEED. It has its own Help Centre, here.

Overview of VEED Subscriptions

  • Our web subscriptions are valid in all our web product, iOS, and Android. Your VEED subscription works across all three, and you manage it in Workspace Billing.

Where you subscribe determines how it's billed:

  • Web and Android: checkout runs through VEED, and everything is managed in Workspace Billing.

  • iOS: subscriptions are App Store products, so Apple handles billing, renewals, and cancellation. They won't appear in Workspace Billing.

VEED Lite is billed separately. Its subscription goes through the App Store and is managed in your Apple account. A VEED Lite subscription doesn't unlock anything in VEED's main product.

Compatibility and Access Rules

Our main subscriptions (subscriptions through veed.io, VEED: AI Video Creation on iOS or VEED: AI Video Creation on Android) all grant access to the Lite app subscriptions as well. However, upgrading via the LITE app only unlocks LITE and does not grant access to web features.

FAQs

Does a web paid subscription include mobile LITE features?
