FAQ
Q: Can I upload a TXT file that has subtitles in it?
No, TXT file is not supported. You will need to convert the file into an SRT file. Please make sure that the file is correctly formated to in line with how an SRT file has to be structured. Any difference will cause the file to not upload or not display the subtitles.
Q: Can I display multiple subtitles tracks or languages at the same time?
We currently don't support displaying multiple subtitle tracks at the same time.
Q: I already have subtitles in my original video. Can I translate those?
If the subtitles are already hardcoded into the video, we cannot translate those. The subtitles have to be uploaded or generated in our editor, and only then will we be able to translate them.
