Brand Kits keep your fonts, colors, logos, and reusable graphics in one place, so everyone in your workspace can build on-brand videos without hunting for assets. This article covers where to find your Brand Kit, how to fill it, and how to use it while editing.

What is a Brand Kit?
A Brand Kit is a shared library of your brand's assets — fonts, colors, images, video, audio, and saved groups like lower thirds and intros. Anything you add is available to everyone in the workspace.
Keeps your videos consistent. Everyone works from the same fonts, colors, and assets.
Makes editing faster. No more digging through folders for the right logo or hex code.
Any editor in your workspace can add to and manage Brand Kits, so you can invite someone from your brand or marketing team to help set them up.
Where to find your Brand Kit
There are two places to get to it:
From the dashboard: click Brand in the left panel. This is where you'll see every Brand Kit in your workspace and can create new ones.
From the editor: click Brand Kit in the left panel, just above Settings. This is where you'll pull assets into whatever you're working on.
Adding assets to a Brand Kit
You can build up a Brand Kit from the dashboard, from the editor, or as you go while editing.
Upload everything at once
The fastest way to fill a Brand Kit is the Upload button at the top of it. Add your fonts, images, videos, and music together and we'll sort them into the right categories for you.
You can do the same from the dashboard by dragging your files straight onto the Brand Kit.
Save assets while editing
Right-click any file in the timeline and choose Save to Brand Kit to add it without leaving your project.
Save fonts and colors
Fonts: while editing text or subtitles, use the font picker's upload option to add a new font straight to your Kit.
Colors: while changing the color of an element or subtitle style, click the + button to save that color. HEX, RGB, and HSL are all supported.
Save groups as reusable templates
Groups let you save a whole arrangement — a lower third, an intro, an outro — and reuse it across your team.
Select several items on the timeline or the canvas.
Right-click and choose Group.
Right-click the group and choose Save to Brand Kit.
Name the group and pick which Brand Kit to add it to.
Using your Brand Kit
Images, video, audio, text, and groups
Open the Brand Kit tab in the editor and click any asset to drop it into your project. Saved groups appear at the top. If you have several Kits, choose which one you want to pull from first.
Fonts and colors
Fonts and colors don't live in the Brand Kit tab — they appear where you need them. Your saved colors show up in the color picker, and your fonts in the font picker, whenever you're styling text, elements, or subtitles.
Working with multiple Brand Kits
On Pro, Studio, and Enterprise plans you can keep more than one Brand Kit. This is useful when you're working across different teams, regions, or brands, and it saves editors scrolling past assets that aren't relevant to them.
Moving and duplicating assets between Kits
Move: select the assets and click Move in the top action bar. The assets leave the original Kit.
Duplicate: select the assets and click Duplicate. The assets stay where they are, and copies are added to the Kits you choose.
Splitting one Kit into several
If everything currently sits in a single Brand Kit, you can break it up using Move and Duplicate.
Say you have one existing Kit and want a separate Sales Kit and Marketing Kit that share the same fonts:
Create the two new Kits.
In the original Kit, select all your fonts and click Duplicate.
Choose both new Kits as the destination and confirm.
Use Move for anything that should only live in one Kit, such as team-specific logos.
FAQs
Q: Can I use Brand Kits on the Free plan?
No. Brand Kits start on the Creator plan, which includes one Kit limited to fonts and colors. For images, video, audio, and groups, you'll need Pro or above. See how to subscribe and manage your subscription.
Q: Who can edit our Brand Kits?
Any editor in the workspace. There's no separate permission for Brand Kits, so anyone who can edit projects can also add, move, and remove assets.
Q: Why can't I find my fonts and colors in the Brand Kit tab?
They're not stored there. Fonts appear in the font picker and colors in the color picker, only while you're styling something.
Q: What's the difference between a group and a template?
A group is a set of elements saved into your Brand Kit, like a lower third you drop into any project. A template is a whole project you can start a new video from.
Q: Does moving an asset between Kits break the projects using it?
No. Assets already placed in a project stay put. Moving only changes which Kit editors find it in from now on.
