You can add and edit titles to your videos using our mobile app. Here is a short tutorial on how to do it.
Please note that this article is about our iOS mobile VEED LITE App. VEED is available as an app on Android and iOS, alongside the browser version at veed.io. If you require help with the web app feature, please follow this article.
VEED LITE is a different app. It's a separate iOS app focused on editing your videos on the go, with its own subscription — it isn't the mobile version of VEED. If you're looking for the full editor on your phone, you want the VEED app.
Step-by-Step: Adding Titles
Open the App
Go into the VEED LITE app.
Find the project
Head into the project and tap Edit or tap on the + icon at the bottom to start uploading a video.
Adding the Title
Tap on the Titles option and begin writing the title, then tap on Done.
Moving your Title
The title will appear on top of the video, hold your finger on it, and drag it to position it.
Edit the Title
You can edit the title in the following ways:
Tap on Edit at the bottom of the screen to change the text.
Tap on Set Timing where you will be able to move the title to the side to set when it appears or use the handles on either side of the title to extend or shorten the time the title appears on screen.
Just above the Edit and Set Timing options, scroll to the side to change font.
At the top of the screen, tap on the color selector to change the color of the text.
Tap on the A button at the top of the screen to go through and select the background style for the title.
Finish editing
Once you are done editing your title, tap on Done at the top of the screen.
