AI Transitions let you create smooth, seamless transitions between two video clips using generative AI. You can choose from three ready-made AI transition templates or create your own custom transition using a text prompt.
Who Can Use This Feature
Available to users on new VEED paid plans that include AI credits (tiered monthly allowance).
How to Use AI Transitions
Go to the Editor
Open your project in the VEED editor.
Add Two Adjacent Video Clips
Make sure you have two video clips placed next to each other on the timeline.
Open AI Transitions
You can access AI Transitions in two ways:
Select Transitions from the context bar below the preview canvas
OR go to Edit Video → Magic Tools → AI Transitions
Choose or Create a Transition
In the transitions sidebar, you can:
Select one of the three ready-made AI transitions
OR click Create New AI Transition
OR enter your own custom AI transition prompt
Generate the Transition
Click the Generate icon to create the transition.
Apply the Transition
Once generated, your AI transition will automatically appear between the two clips on the timeline.
