In order to change your email address, follow the following steps:
Step 1: Go to Your Dashboard
Log into your VEED account at veed.io and click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Open Profile Settings
From the dropdown menu, click on Profile Settings.
Step 3: Update Your Email Address
Click the pen icon next to your current email address.
Type in your new email address, then click Save.
Step 4: Confirm the New Email Address
An email will be sent to your new address.
Click the “Confirm new email address” button in the message, or copy and paste the provided confirmation link into your browser.
Limitations
You cannot switch to an email address that’s already associated with another account. If you run into this issue, please get in touch with us, and we’ll help you update it.
