Use the Brand Kit to make your brand assets, styles, and graphics easily accessible for you and your team.

Key benefits

  • Ensure that you and your team make brand consistent videos.

  • Create videos quickly by having your all your assets and graphics easily accessible from one place.

The Brand Kit is currently a premium feature. See our pricing plans for more information.

Setting up a Brand Kit

You can set up Brand Kits from either the Dashboard or the Editor, and we will cover multiple ways to upload assets here.

Any Editor in a workspace can contribute and manage the Brand Kits, so you can invite a member from the marketing or brand team if you need help getting the assets.

Adding assets to from the editor

The fastest way to add all your brand assets is the upload button at the top of the Brand Kit. You can upload all your fonts, images, videos and music and we will automatically sort it for you.

Saving assets while editing

You can also save assets to the Brand Kit while editing by right-clicking the file in the timeline and choosing Save to Brand Kit.

Adding assets from the dashboard

On the dashboard, you can drag all your assets and it will automatically sort the fonts, images, videos, and audio files for you.

Saving fonts and colors from the Editor

Fonts and colors can also be saved to Brand Kits on the fly while editing a video.

While editing text or subtitle elements, the font-picker shows the option to upload another font.

While changing the color of, for example, an element or a subtitle style, you can add colors to the Brand Kit via the + buttons. We support both HEX, RGB, and HSL color types.

Using a Brand Kit

You can access images, video, and audio from the Brand Kit tab and find fonts and colors contextually when styling text and elements.

Using images, videos, and audio in a project

Head to the Brand Kit where you can find all your assets, and click the asset you want to add to the project.

If you have multiple Brand Kits, you will see all your Kits here and you can first choose which Kit you want to use assets from.

Applying fonts and colors

Fonts and colors are available contextually while you are styling text, elements, and subtitles to make it easy to keep things consistent with the brand.

The colors from your Brand Kit are available in the color picker and the fonts are available in the fonts picker.

Multiple Brand Kits

Organising your brand assets in multiple Brand Kits makes it easy for editors to find the right assets. Common use cases for multiple Brand Kits are for different teams, regions, or brands.

Moving and duplicating assets between Kits

Move: to move assets from one Kit to another, select the assets you want to move and click Move in the top action bar. This action will remove the asset from one Kit and move it to another.

Duplicate: to copy assets you can duplicate them from one Kit to another. Just select the assets and click Duplicate in the top action bar. This action will keep the asset in the original Kit and add copies to the other Kits.

Turning one Kit into multiple Kits

If you currently have all your assets in one Brand Kit but want to split them into multiple Kits, you can use the Duplicate and Move features.

In the example below, we have an Old Brand Kit and two new empty kits: a Sales Kit and a Marketing Kit and we want to make sure that both Kits have the same Fonts.

So we are going to Select all our fonts and click Duplicate in the action bar to make a copy of them.

Then, we are going to select the Kits we want to copy the assets to, and click Duplicate.

Now, a copy will be made of the assets and uploaded to both of the Kits.
