The auto-subtitle tool is available on all the plans but the option to download the subtitles in a file is only on the Pro and Business plans.
In this tutorial, you will see how to add subtitles and download them in SRT file.
Head over to VEED.
Create an account or Log in.
Click on Create Project.
Drag and drop the video to the Upload a file part of the window or click on it and you can select the file you want to upload.
Wait for the video to upload.
Head over to the Subtitles tab.
Select the language that is spoken in the video and click Create Subtitles.
Once subtitles are added, go over them to correct any mistakes that are in the text. For a tutorial on editing subtitles, see: How to Edit Subtitles
On the Subtitles tab, click on the Options tab. Then, press the download button on the Download Subtitles section to download the subtitles in SRT format.
You can click on the dropdown to choose a format for downloading the subtitles in a file. You can download the subtitle file in SRT, VTT, and TXT format.
This will download the .srt file to your computer and then you can use it.
