This guide is for customers who subscribed directly through the VEED website. If you are on an Enterprise plan (procured through the VEED sales team), please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss any changes to your subscription.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Access Your Account
Log in to your VEED account.
Navigate to Billing Settings
Click on your workspace name in the top-left corner of the screen.
In the dropdown menu, select Team Billing (see photo below)
Turn Off Auto-Renewal
Locate the Turn off auto-renewal button at the bottom-right of the Team Billing page (see photo below)
Click the button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Complete the Cancellation Questionnaire
Answer all the questions that appear during the cancellation process. Completing this step is required to successfully cancel your subscription.
Check for Confirmation Email
After completing the process, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
If you do not receive the email, your subscription might not have been canceled. In this case, contact our support team immediately.
Important Notes:
All subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Canceling your subscription does not result in a refund.
Canceling ensures no further charges under your upgraded workspace.
You must complete the cancellation questionnaire to finalize the process.
After successfully canceling, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact our support team via live chat as soon as possible.
