AI Image Generator lets you generate high-quality visuals using text prompts directly inside the editor. You can use it to quickly create thumbnails, backgrounds, concept art, and more. Here is the step-by-step tutorial.
Who Can Use This Feature?
Free: Up to 100 images per month, uses AI credits depending on the model selected. Please note that AI credits are available in some regions but not others. If your region includes them, you can generate files up to 12 seconds long. If you don't see any AI credits on your free plan, it's because they aren't available where you are.
Creator: Up to 300 images per month, uses AI credits depending on the model selected
Pro, Studio, Enterprise: Uses AI credits depending on the model selected
Step-by-step: How to generate images with GenAI
Open a project in the VEED Editor
Log into veed.io, then create or open a project (For the full steps on how to create a new project, see how to create a new project in VEED)Click on the 'Image' tab
In the left-hand menu, select the Image tab.
Enter your prompt
Type a short description of the image you want to generate.
For example:✅ “A modern office with a laptop on the desk, in flat illustration style”
❌ “Office”
Set the aspect ratio (optional)
Choose the image’s dimensions to fit your video layout.
Select the Model
Select the model you want the image to be generated by.Select the number of images
Select how many images you want to generate. Selecting multiple images to generate will use up more credits.
Click ‘Generate’
VEED will generate 4 variations of your prompt.Add to your timeline
Click on any of the generated images to insert it into your video.
