This feature is available for all plans.
Before you upload your video to Instagram, you will need to know what aspect ratios you can upload to Instagram. The most commonly used one is the square 1:1, then we have the 4:5 portrait aspect ratio and the 16:9 landscape aspect ratio.
For Story and IGTV or a REEL, you must ensure that the aspect ratio is 9:16.

Head over to veed.io
Create an account or Log in
Click on Create Project
Drag and drop the video to the "Upload a File" part of the window or click on it, and you can select the file you want to upload
Wait for the video to upload
Go into the Settings tab on the left side of the page and click on the Size dropdown menu
Select the aspect ratio that you want to use
You can click and drag the video to move it around and drag the white dots to resize it or use the Fill canvas or Fit to canvas buttons after clicking on the Video on the canvas to fill the frame or fit the video to the frame. You can also change the background color in the Settings tab
If you are finished with editing, click on the Export button at the top right side of the screen and then on Export Video.
The video will render out, and it will redirect you to the Download page, where you can download the video
