How to ensure you are talking with an official VEED representative

Updated this week

We’ve recently been made aware of individuals impersonating VEED.io in an attempt to scam or mislead users. Your safety and trust are important to us, so please take a moment to review how to identify official communication from VEED.

VEED Will Only Contact You from the Following Email Domains:

  • @veed.io

  • @veed.co

If you receive an email claiming to be from VEED but it comes from any other domain, it may be an attempt to scam or phish.

How to Stay Safe

  • Double-check the sender’s email address — if it doesn't end in @veed.io or @veed.co, do not click any links or reply.

  • Be cautious of urgent requests, file downloads, or unexpected login links.

  • When in doubt, reach out to us directly via our official support page or through the [email protected] email address.

What to Do If You Receive a Suspicious Email

  1. Do not click any links or reply.

  2. Report the message as phishing in your email client (e.g. Gmail, Outlook).

  3. If you are unsure, contact us so we can verify.

Thank you for helping keep the VEED community safe. If you’re ever unsure, it’s always best to check - we are here to help.
