How to Upload
This feature is available for all plans.
This article will show you how to upload files to our editor. In the first part, we will show you how to upload video/audio files into a brand new project, and in the second, we will show you how to upload files into a project that you have already edited.
How to upload into a new project
First of all, log into your Veed account. Once you are logged in, you will see this page or your dashboard:
Click on the Create Project button on the top left part of the page. This will create a new, empty project in your account. It will look like this:

This is the upload window for a new project.
There are 7 ways to upload your video or audio files.
Upload a File. Drag and drop the file into the box at the top of the window. You can drag and drop video or audio files here.
Record. This will open up our inbuilt screen recorder: How to screen record a specific window or entire screen online
Brand Kit. Start your project by importing video or audio files from your Brand Kit.
Dropbox. Connect your Dropbox account to your Veed account to import files straight from your Dropbox account. Once clicked, you will be prompted to log into your Dropbox account. After logging in, head back to the project tab in your browser, and you will be able to select your file there.
Stock Videos/Audio. Choose from the available stock files on the editor.
Use Template. Use one of our many pre-made templates as a starting point for your new project.
Video link. Paste the when you click on the URL icon. Right now, we only support uploading for the following sites:
vimeo.com
clips.twitch.tv
zoom.us
After selecting the file, it will start uploading the file into the editor (if you choose an option where upload is necessary). Once it is fully uploaded, you will be able to edit it.
Multiple Upload
Below are the steps for uploading multiple files.
Click on Upload a File. This will open your folders.
Select the folder which has the files you want to upload.
Click and hold the CTRL key (CMD on Mac) while selecting the files. Click on CTRL + A (CMD + A on Mac) to select all the files in the folder. You can also drag and drop the selected files on the Upload a File window.
At the moment, there is no option to upload a folder. You can select all the files and upload them.
The files will then be uploaded to the project.
You can select different supported files (audio, image, and video) and upload all of them.
